What i expect about my Supervisor is that i want her/him to teach me how to do the work the correct way and help me learn fast. I also want the supervisor to treat me with respect just because he/she is in a higher position it doesn't mean he/she has to be an as*hole. Another thing i expect from the supervisor is to always have the store with all the supplies. The most important thing i want from my supervisor is a good friendship.

I agree with you Chano, Supervisors should be there to help you out not to make you feel less. Also they should always be aware of what the store needs because that can show if he/she is really aware of the store and their job.
ReplyDeleteI definitely agree with you on that Chano ,I think all supervisors should teach you what you need to know before starting the job. The supervisor should be their for you when you need help or if you have any question so they will reply back to you so you would know where to put things at.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you, supervisors should not only be there to supervise, but to help in anything that is needed. Thats what a good supervisor should do, and actually get along with any person, who is working under their supervision.
ReplyDeleteIts true because some supervisors expect you to do a good job and dont supply you with the correct equipment. They to need to put their efforts in work. But we cant always have what we want.

ReplyDeletegetting along with your supervisor is a must, there are a lot of supervisors that always feel more than everyone and forget they started just like us. not only does it make your job easier but when you go to work your surroundings are way more comfortable and going to work isn't a struggle.
ReplyDeleteI agree that having a good friendship with your supervisor is a good thing. It will make it a healthy inviorment for you. As long as you keep it professional and get your work done on time your supervisor will be happy and so will your co workers.
