What i expect about my Supervisor is that i want her/him to teach me how to do the work the correct way and help me learn fast. I also want the supervisor to treat me with respect just because he/she is in a higher position it doesn't mean he/she has to be an as*hole. Another thing i expect from the supervisor is to always have the store with all the supplies. The most important thing i want from my supervisor is a good friendship.

The way i am going to communicate with my co workers is going to be the same way i communicate with my friends. I will try to be good friends with them so we can have trust in each other. I will try to joke around little by little until I know he is going to joke around with me, so we won't be boring coworkers. I think having an awesome friendship with coworkers can help you like your work because if you have funny coworkers the like joking around you will always have a laugh every day. For example I work at Little Caesars` every time I go in to work every one says wassup or hi. I joke around with many co workers at my job and they do too. In my opinion joking around at work can get you coworkers to like you. That's how I communicate with them by joking with them.

When my teacher ask me what i am going to do after high school, i really don't have a real answer for that because i do want to be something in life but at the same time i have to go to school for 4 more year, i really don't want to go to school anymore but at the same time i don't want to be working my a** off for 10 dollars a hour, doing hard work and not getting paid good enough to have everything i want or to support my family. I also think that college is for smart kids and rich people.

Communicating in High School

Communicating in  High School is different now because now we communicate with messages or social media and not talking face to face. When we want to talk to friend and we can't find them we can just call/message them to talk to them. When we in school in class learning I can take my phone out , talk to my friend without him/her being in front of me. We can have a lot of communicating with our phones because we talked about anything we want because no one is going to see our conversations , plus the conversation can be there saved on the phone until we delete it. In my opinion talking face to face is way better then talking on the phone.

Writing as a teenager is hard because we are used to writing  in our cellphones  the way we like and not the boring old school with a pencil and paper. We are in a generation, the cellphones took over our time. Look at all the business they write, everything is online now (cellphones, computers etc) because is so easy to do and faster.
